Apple jam is made from ripe apples of the Fuji variety, which are mixed with pure honey and cinnamon, thus giving us an extremely healthy and nutritious product, without many calories, suitable for all day long.     Just outside of Florina, at an altitude of 600 meters, the Konstantinidis family, for more than a decade, has been organically cultivating tomatoes, on an area of 100 acres, for the production of sauce. In our orchard, there are also top varieties of apples, as well as various other fruits. Our vision, for creating products of high nutritional value, combined with our love and passion for our lands, gave birth to \u0112ra. An idea, based on the values inherited from our ancestors, infused with our philosophy: Producing pure tasting products, based on traditional recipes, slightly modified. But always, without using any preservatives.
